Welcome to Dome Slice Wood Fired Pizza Co. My name is Wyatt Kooistra, and I’m proud to be the founder of Dome Slice. I started this business at just 17 years old, driven by a lifelong dream of owning my own company and a passion for great food.

After gaining inspiration and hands-on training in California, I brought that vision back to Grand Rapids, Michigan, where Dome Slice Wood Fired Pizza Co. came to life. Today, I operate a mobile wood-fired pizza trailer that delivers more than just incredible pizza—it creates an unforgettable experience for your guests.

I bring an engaging yet professional presence to every event and pride myself on providing a smooth, stress-free process from start to finish.
